My husband has some of the light sabers, but he wouldn't let the five year old play with them so I got this one for him. He loves it! He can finally duel with Daddy or his friends, and I don't have to worry about my husband cringing when he plays a bit too rough or sloppy. The option for sound or no sound is great. He loves all the different colors, and it's easy to transport in a backpack or to and from the park since it's retractable.

This sword works great! It has a variety of colors and makes sound when you move the sword around. My daughter doesn't use it for rough play or sword fighting but more so for chasing her dad or myself around the living room with the lights off. The sword itself won't be able to handle if you legit hit stuff but for pretend playing or for a custom, this is perfect. We love that you can charge it with a USB cord. Easy to change between different color lights (White, Blue, Green, Red, and more) has a locking top piece that keeps the lighted saber piece in place when not in use which I thought personally was pretty cool as well as keeping this small and compact when not in use. Sounds were on que with one of the expensive Disney sabers and made noises based on how you moved the saber. Bonus points it comes with a USB cord to keep it charged in between saving the galaxy!
