And certainly by morning there's no left over popcorn, fish etc smells in the house. I've also used it in our closet to freshen up. I have a larger ozone cleaner and I highly recommend it, but people and pets are not to be inside when its running. So I start these little guys (I bought a 2nd) in the kitchen as soon as I start cooking. They work better than my over-the-range hood fan which is so loud its stressful. You only hear these units (a low hum) when its entirely quiet in the area. If they ever wear out, I'll be replacing them. 5 stars ++
