I bought this radio in order to have a portable radio run by batteries. I could not be more pleased with this item - it's just terrific. And I haven't really spent a lot of time looking at "all" the features. I only set the clock and my favorite station. It has so many very helpful other features. And the sound is terrific as well. Most portable radios sound tinny - this has a very strong and clear sound. It's small enough to fit in a pocket. The manual is easy to understand.

This radio though very small has a very loud and clear speaker and I can play back MP3 music files with ease, the a.m. and FM work very good and I hardly ever have to pull the antenna up for it to receive the stations, the a.m. works real well especially at night it picks up those Stations a long way away, I love that it is rechargeable with a USB cable and I don’t have to buy batteries to put in it.

The color saturation, picture quality, and resolution are fantastic. The codec used is great too, so there's no weird anomalies or chunkiness. The picture quality is comparable to a good cell phone. I'm in a fringe area with poor reception, but on my rooftop antenna I was able to find all the channels across 3 major metro areas, and a portable amplified antenna allows me to watch a few of the stronger channels on the fly. I think its a great value for the money. As others have pointed out, a battery meter would have been nice, but its dimensions imply that it probably uses an 18650 lithium ion battery, which has a really good capacity.

I LOVE this radio!!! I decided to order it because my landlord did not pay the internet bill and I missed my music. Internet back up but love this so much I use it everyday. TINY so I can easily carry with me. Nice and loud and stereo with headphones. A real gem in a teeny tiny package. I have not tried much on it yet, just have 3 radio stations I programmed in. If you follow the instructions they work. A bit confusing at first but you get the hang of it and the buttons are all marked. I got some rechargeable batteries so I will always be good to go. Yep I recommend this. I am very pleased and so glad I got this. Highly recommend.
