I gave this to my niece for her 4th birthday. She loves it! It has entertained her for 30-40 min at a time and it’s been wonderful to bring it to restaurants instead of screen time. The colors are bright and the material is pretty quality. Even if your child can’t read I think they would still have fun moving the cars around the board. It’s great for fine motor skills and alphabet recognition. For the time my nice has spent on it, it’s worth every cent I paid.
